Hi There,
I have currently got a NatWest Credit Card that is about to run out if its interest free period.
I just applied and was accepted for a RBS interest free card but just noticed they are part of the same group so wont be able to easily transfer balance from one to other.
Coincidently I also have a Barclay's card I have just about paid off and it has £3000 available to spend on it. The total amount I want to transfer from NatWest to RBS is £4000.
Could I make a payment from my Barclay's to NatWest and then balance transfer that? Would I incur any charges or penalties?
Any other way of achieving this?
Thanks

Well you would certainly have to pay 2 BT fees rather than just the one if you are going to move it twice.
If you wait until your bcard is paid off then you could ask them if they will give you a new 0% promo balance transfer deal. If they would then you would only need to move it from natwest to barclays.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Really ? Why ?
I thought I might be able to send a payment from my Barclay credit card for £3900 to my NatWest Card, using one of those cheque things you get with statements.
Then use the RSB credit card to balance transfer of my Barclay card?0 -
