Bank card theft

Hi,
Not sure if this is the right palce for this post - apologies if not!
Had a DHL delivery note yesterday evening with a handwritten note to call the driver on his mobile to rearrange the delivery. I did so, and he asked for my landline number to call me back as he was driving - which I gave him. We rearranged the delivery for Wednesday.
However, this morning I received a call, supposedly from Natwest, asking if I wanted to change my PIN for a new bank card, and if so, to just type it in on my phone. They had my address details, mobile number and landline number (both of which I inadvertantly gave to the "DHL" man over the phone. When questioning why they wanted my PIN over the phone, they didn't say - so I hung up.
I called Natwest and they confirmed it was a scam - they also confirmed they had sent me a new bank card and that I should have received it. They cancelled this new card.
Seems to me like someone has intercepted my new card, and used a fake DHL delivery notice to obtain details from me. Has this happened to anyone else at all (London, SW4 area)? Slightly concerned as what to do about it.
Thanks for reading! Any advice would be great!
