If i want to make a balance tranfer (loan) to my sisters current account rather than my own current account would i still need to go for a cc that allows cheap 'super balance tranfers' or could i get away with just getting a normal 0% balance tranfer cc? how does the cc company determine what is classed as a 'vendor' i.e. would my sister class as a vendor? The debt/amount would be payed off in 2/3 months so just need the cheapest way to do this.
Any help/clarification would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks.

It would need to be a super transfer card so that you could get cash from the card into a current account (yours or hers).
Your sister cannot be a vendor as she is not a business that accepts credit card payments (presumably).
I think someone was saying recently they were able to get a 0% purchase card and put the money through paypal. I'm not totally certain if this always works and whether all card providers would class paypal as a purchase (I think there was some debate about it). Plus I'm not sure what fees paypal would charge compared to a SBT card and whether it would be worth it.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
