Emails to Yahoo

For the last two days I have been trying to email friends on Yahoo email addresses and just get this massage

Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 554 554 Message not allowed - [320] (state 18).

is this a long term problem with Yahoo or is there a way around it.

Who are you sending mail out from (as in who provides your mail).

Check the date and time on your computer is correct. This is being bounced because it doesn't conform with filtering policy at the Yahoo end and a common fault is a mismatch of date / time.

how old is the computer if its old then your Cmos battery might be flat and your losing the time and date
