Moving Outlook data to new PC

We are buying a new PC which will have Windows 7 - we currently have XP.
I'd like to know how to move our data currently in Outlook (emails, contacts, calendar etc) from the old PC to the new - I don't know where the data is stored. I run a business from home so quite important I can do this easily. I'm quite happy about moving the ordinary data in "My Docs".
If you could answer me in words of one syllable, that would be much appreciated
:D

The second link describes it for every possible setup.

From what you write it doesn't sound like you're making backups, at least not your emails. You should really consider doing it if your emails are "quite important" as you said.0 -
Just download this from the official site: -microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=8B081F3A-B7D0-4B16-B8AF-5A6322F4FD01&displaylang=en-
It will enable you to backup your files from within outlook, burn them to cd/dvd/keydrive and then load them back in on your new machine.0
