Unenforceable loan agreement

I have a loan agreement with a Finance Company and my name is spelled incorrectly. Is the document enforceable

How can it be enforcable when thet spelt the guys name wrongly on it though?

If you signed an agreement with your name spelt incorrectly then I believe you have committed fraud.
