I have a loan agreement with a Finance Company and my name is spelled incorrectly. Is the document enforceable

    I like it - you are making a cryptic statement about spelled vs spelt.

    Today you can use either, regardless what the sceptics say.

    If you signed an agreement with your name spelt incorrectly then I believe you have committed fraud.
