Mortgage deed wrongly signed by witness:(

Hello
First post! I'm in process of buying first house. We received mortgage deed from solicitor and asked our neighbour to witness and sign it. Unfortunately before we could tell her how to sign it she scribbled her name and address in wrong boxes!
I'm really worried this will delay the purchase and vendor's will get annoyed. Does anyone know if these forms are easily replaced?
Thanks in advance, I'm stressing out!

Which lender is it?
Some are available to download online for solicitors/conveyancers so you may be able to get one emailed to you and printed out and re-signed.0
