Changing a Buildings Policy to a Let Property Policy

Hi

I am thinking of letting one of my properties, but have a fantastic although costly building's policy with Santander. I want to keep this policy if at all possible but one of the conditions is that the property is may main residence. Is there such a thing as an add on, or would I have to cancel this policy and take out a new one. Thanks.
