Hi
Ive not posted for a while but had a sense of achievement today when I paid off a loan 2 months early. I got into financial difficulties at the beginning of the year and defaulted 3 months but since April I have been paying the instalment amount and something off the arrears and now Ive paid it off. (Go me).
Unfortunately, that doesnt make much of the dent in the rest of the debts I have but at least its one less. So depending on how Im feeling - optimistic yeah one down, or pessamistic yeah but how many more to go, is how depressed Im getting over my debts. Anyhow, heres to my next debt - smallest credit card, that should be off in another 2 months. Will it ever end.
Rant or self congratulations now over.
Michelle

Hi Michelle,
Well done on paying another debt off. I always liked to get one debt paid off at a time as it made me feel as if I was achieving something.If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
£2 savings jar £300:D
Total credit card debts £1250:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad: - Will I ever learn!!0 -
Definately congratulations. Well done you. I have cleared two of my littlest ones so far and it's a lovelly feeling, try to enjoy it and get the full benefit of it while it lasts. Negative feelings need no encouragement, positive ones however are a thing to be cultivated and multiplied.I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.
