if you got it from cpwarehouse, fones4u or any of the main networks, take it back there and see what they say. check if it is in warrantee etc.

i always get phone insurance as i breake my phones at least twice during a contract!

i broke a couple of touchscreen phones, was quoted 150ish, but had insurance so paid the 30 excess and got it fixed in a day or two.

thats a long wait, up to two weeks! did they offer a phone to use while that one is being repaired?

you should give iservices in ballyclaire a ring as they can fix this type of thing, he fixed an iphone 3g screen for me in may for £40, very professional.

I would also have to recommend iServices on belfast road actually thanks to ruiner99's post on iPhone screen repairs. I dealt with them and the guy was top notch and the price was extremely cheap i thought but the jobs 100% so certainly can't complain! The fella did say he repaired all other mobile phones as I asked if he could repair my mates Sony Ericsson with white screen and he said no problem. Phone him and ask.. 07821 345997
