Travel insurance advice needed

I'm just about to renew my annual insurance for myself, my husband and two children. In the last six months my Mum has been in and out of hospital with heart problems and because of this I would not be covered with my current insurer if I needed to return home if she became ill from the same symptoms. Has anyone had a similar situation and can recommend an insurer that may provide that cover.
