About to book flights and car with DialaFlight but should I be careful?

Just read some reviews for this company. Their prices are extremely competitive but are they ATOL protected? How is their customer service? Are they there to help if something goes wrong and we can't take the flight or if the Icelandic volcano erupts again?
Thanks.
Thanks.

They are ATOL protected so if they were to fail before issuing you your tickets, your money would be protected. Your other queries, if something goes wrong and we can't take the flight, sounds like an insurance issue rather than a travel agents. The reality is that no agent can help you fly if there are no flights taking off.
If you are worried about the volcano, and there is no obvious signs of imminent danger in that respect, remember EU airlines are obiged by law to look after you, non EU airlines have no obligations whatsoever. If it costs more to fly with an EU airline, that might be worth considering, as far as I know the only EU airlines who washed their hands of the problem were Air France and KLM, who are part of the same group0
