Free e-books

I have seen a thread on MSE before somewhere about places to get free e-books.

Can anyone please direct me to it? (I have the web addy for Project Gutenberg - but am looking for the others I recall were mentioned somewhere please).

I'll have a read through those threads later.

One thing is - I have noted that GoogleBooks has some free e-books on its site - but its been very hit and miss to come across them.

Is there some specific link I can put in to get only the full unabridged free e-books they have on that GoogleBooks website please?

(...hoping I'm not asking for info I might find later is in one of the threads to date when I've read through them.........)

If you are a member of a library, you may well find ebooks on their website.
