in Credit cards
Ok so I'm a fool and didn't check before I got my HSBC credit card, I got it to transfer the balance from my m&s card but as I found out they are both part of the same family!! so now I'm stuck my credit rating is rubbish so I can't get a different card I don't have any friends and can't ask my parents to transfer it from m&s to them then back to hsbc, is there anything I can do? Another option I have thought about is using it to buy all my food ect on but that won't work either as I have an overdraft
My m&s is currently running at £2600 20%apr .
Anybody with any advice it would be greatly recieved

How recently did you get the HSBC card?
Have you tried getting another card since but been declined?
Has anything changed in terms of your finances/credit history since getting the HSBC card?
It might be only that your available credit is stopping you getting another card. If you are not going to use the HSBC account then close it down so it no longer shows as available credit on your credit file (can take 6weeks or so to update). Then you could try for a credit card from a different bank.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
