Help with rolling a swiss roll pretty please

Myself and DD making a swiss roll for my DH birthday. Ive put the mixture on one of those bake on non stick sheets and its currently cooking great. Im just about to make some choc buttercream to put in the middle
Can anyone please advise on how to make it inot a swiss roll?
Dp I keep it on the non stick sheet put the butter cream on them try and roll it or take it off the sheet and fingers crossed?

    I usually use a clean T Towel, Just rest your cake on it spread your butter cream on the sponge and start rolling from the end using the T towel to keep it firm. hope this helps.

    When cooked turn it out on to a clean tea towel (it will be upside down) and roll it up without any buttercream in while still hot. If you keep the tea towel inside the roll - like a filling if you see what I mean - then it will not stick to itself.

    You then need to let it get cold or the buttercream will melt.

    When cold unroll carefully and spread the buttercream on - don't worry if it cracks a bit when you roll it back up.

    Just dont do what my MIL did and find you have lost the t - towel after, the daft sod had rolled it into the swiss roll :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Stopped many, many years ago.

    But can still roll a giant swiss roll if the need arises. :)
