Can I Claim..........

Hello..........
I hope someone can give me a little guidance. I purchase a product online with my Lloyds C/C four weeks ago; I have contacted the seller via their web page, but have had no reply at all. My account has been debited, my account on the sellers shop indicated that the goods have been invoiced?
My questions are.......... Can I claim my money back via my credit card? If so what are the steps I need to take.

    I would say yes you can.

    It might be worth just trying to get in touch with the retailer one more time before doing so but your next recourse would be a chargeback.

    Your posting is extremely vague.

    Was that order for tangible goods - did you receive them, were they not to the promised standard, did the firm fail to deliver, did you just change your mind? Did you subscribe to something where the contract has a year or more to run?

    Without factual information, nobody can give you any advice.
