Luton Airport Parking - where to meet with my wife

I will pick up my wife, the kid and the baby from Luton Airport this Saturday by car.

As it will be my first time taking someone from there, can someone please share some advice, which would be the best place to wait for them or where they should wait for me, to make it the most convinient way for all of us.

I have just spent the last 5 months working next to Luton Airport, so if I was you I would park in one of the side roads near the airport until they land ... when you come up to the airport there is a big roundabout with a hotel behind it, go past the hotel on right, then follow road until you go get to mini roundabout, turn left down the hill, then right at bottom of hill (mini roundabout) - there are loads of estates you could park up on that road, or drive further down the road - there is a road on your right that leads upto a council tip - you could park on that road.

Wait for wife to phone - you are 5 mins away ... not sure whether you have to pay to pick up now??

You can wait for free for 1h at medium stay car park ... then you can take people from the drop off point ... 1 pound charge ... at least that's what I did, saw a guy down the road waiting outside of the airport ... I was OK with timing so np ...
