Virgin Money - Customer Loyalty Offers?

I have finished an (12mth?) Interest Free period on Virgin Money a month or two ago and have a nill balance but no promotional rates available. I have spoken to customer services a couple of times, but nothing has been offered.
Has anyone had any experience of Virgin offering any decent promotional rates to existing cardholders?
I am going to try their customer loyalty team (0800-738-1116 from 8am-7pm) tomorrow, but wanted a feel for any offers that others have had.
A good idea for a thread/story on MSE might be to list cards and the offers that they have been known to give to existing customers. I know that some (e.g Barclaycard) are better than others (HSBC) at repeated offers. It might be useful for people so they can work out what cards are worth keeping and what are worth getting rid of after the new customer offer has expired?

Yep, Virgin are pretty good for repeat offers.
