Honeymoon anywhere in the world in August help

Hi all
I've got about £800 each to spend on a honeymoon any time from Mid-August to Mid-September for roughly two weeks.
Though I'd prefer California and I usually piece together my holiday plans I think, for the sake of marital bliss, I'd quite like flight + hotel together in some kind of package. Alternatively Flight + Car would be good.
So far Bangkok seems pretty good value... I was tempted by Madeira before the floods.
I've a feeling waiting till the last minute might be better this year.

I'm not sure I can be much help other than to say, don't let the floods in Madeira put you off, it really is a lovely place, and it has been pretty much cleaned up since! In fact they probably need your help more than ever
