    Conditions of entry

    1. The prize is for 2 people (aged 18 yrs or over) and includes seven nights’ accommodation at Le Mas Candille on a bed and breakfast basis; return flights from Birmingham or East Midlands to Nice with BMI Baby and return transfers to the hotel.
    2. The prize is subject to availability and flights are valid for travel until 31st October 2010.
    3. There may be peak periods during the year when travel is not available, e.g. UK public and school holidays.
    4. Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as offered.
    5. There are no cash alternatives or cash substitutes for the prize.
    6. The prize winner is responsible for their travel to and from UK departure airport and any additional expenses including spending money, meals or other personal expenses.
    7. It is the prize winner’s responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of a valid passport. No liability is accepted if the winner cannot travel because of insufficient or incorrect documentation.
    8. Travel insurance, including medical cover, is not provided as part of this prize.
    9. Find the BBC Code of Conduct for competitions at bbc.co.uk/competition code. All BBC Magazines (‘BBCM’) promotions comply with the code.
