Wimbledon Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of the promoter, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. To enter, complete the questionnaire online at www.blossomhill.com by midnight on Tuesday 29th June 2010. Only one entry per person. Entries can be submitted from 17 June 2010.
3. The winners will be drawn at random on Monday 21 June and Wednesday 30 June 2010. The winners will each win a pair of Wimbledon tickets. Winners will be notified by telephone on Tuesday 22 June and Friday 2 July 2010. If the Promoter is unable to contact an entrant drawn, after making reasonable efforts to do so, that entrant will forfeit their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant drawn at random.
4. Winners will receive a pair of Wimbledon tickets that will be dispatched by courier to the Winner’s address. Proof of identity will be required on delivery.
5. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any error in the address supplied or any delay, defect, failure, theft, loss or alteration of any delivery.
6. Tickets are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The winners' names can be found by sending a SAE to "Blossom Hill, Brand site Wimbledon tickets free prize draw", Percy Fox Diageo GB, Unit C, Woodside, Dunmow Road, Bishop’s Stortford, CM23 5RG from 5th July 2010. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter's decision is final.
7. The draw will be overseen by an independent adjudicator.
8. The winners may be required to take part in publicity.
9. The promoter reserves the right to amend, temporarily suspend or withdraw this promotion in its absolute discretion provided that the Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
10. The promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.
11. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by the winner or any individual chosen to participate with the winner in the prize as a result of their participation in this promotion.
12. This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
13. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
