Handing the keys back - should I devalue?

Bit of a strange question... I am voluntary handing the keys back to the mortgage company shortly. I have silver flat plate sockets and switches that were a lot more money than the white ones!

I'm just wondering whether it is worth me paying £150 for an electrician to change these sockets to the cheaper ones, or just leave them in the house.

It's more of a curiousity of what other people would do in this situation.

When we moved into our current home 2 years ago, as we hadnt long decorated the old house, we took some of the improvements we had made like the new light fittings and remote control dimmer swtiches etc, but we didnt have to pay anyone to do it, my fil is an electrician by trade (and we didnt include these on the fixture and fittings list), we made our buyer aware these were not staying. I cant see why you couldnt change the fittings back to the standard afterall are they going to know??

Depends whether you want to pay for this to be done really.
