Indian Restuarants in Gran Canaria

Long shot but in case someone can help....we are travelling to Gran Canaria for 2 weeks and was wondering if anyone out there knows of any Indian Restuarants there.

Sad I know......you'd think when abroad we wight look forward to trying the local delicacies but the thought of not having our favourite food for 2 weeks is causing no end of angst and worry :-)

Again, don't know which resort you are going to but there is another one in Puerto Rico, it is under the Portonovo Apartments which are at the bottom of the resort across from the harbour. It wasn't to our taste but other people have recommended it.
  • Thanks for the replies. We've yet to decide the resort as we are booking hotels independently, but its good to know that we will find an Indian restuarant there.

You can in Playa Del Ingles. Thai restaurants do good curries aswell.

Just got back from a week in Puerto Rico. There are none in the main commerical area but did spot one whilst on the transfer coach out. I'm sure the holiday rep will be able to help.

In P.Rico theres the Taj Palace below the Portonovo apartments, which everyone recommends although we havent tried it. In the main commercial centre theres Happy Valley on the upper level, it was recommended to us but we didnt rate it that much.
