Due for discharge in 2 weeks and no news on my house?

Hi All
Well I am due for automatic discharge on 30 June 2010 (after serving my full 12 months!!!) yet I still have not heard anything about the beneficial interest in my house.
I completed the contract/agreement on purchasing it in October last year, sent in my home valuations yet I have heard nothing. Has anyone been in a similar situation, what happens?
Can the OR hold back the purchase of the BI until the housing market improves and then ask me to purchase it at the "going rate"? My valuations were done over 8 months ago now and the housing market seems to be picking up every month since!!!
Any advice would be appreciated
Thankyou

I was sent a contract (from OR) to which I was showing my interest to buy the BI and agreeing to get the valuations done etc0

ahh right, form MP1, that is not a contract just an ivitation for you to make an offer, it normally says subject to contract on it which means they are free to change their mnd until a contract is actually signed. I presume you indicated the line that you did want to buy the BI and sent the valuations in. Then the only thing to do is ring them and ask what the hold up isHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Hi there
I was in a similar suitation as I had nothing back re my request to purchase the BI. I called the RTLU to find out that when my file was transfered from the Or's office they had lost some of the paperwork. I had to send them a copy of the valuation and then it all got sorted out in a few weeks. Might be worth calling theRTLU?0
