Just a question regarding IPA ?

Hi everyone,
Does anyone on here know whether the OR takes Job Grants/Return to Work Credit into account when calculating whether someone needs to pay an IPA? I have looked at a link I was given by CCCS regarding benefits and IPA's but its not very clear....it just basically referred to Jobseeker and Incapacity Benefit and not the financial help you get when you return to work after being on Incapacity Benefit. Many thanks in advance .

basically all benefits are taken into account when working out your surplus, but if a IPA is started it is only taken out of the earned part
have a look at this

Thanks debtinfo, sorry for another question but just to clarify IF I was to get a job that was 16 hours a week and i was eligible for a Job Grant and Return to Work Credit then the OR could only take money for an IPA from my wages AND NOT the Job Grant/Return to Work Credit?0
