Buying cash for Cyprus?

We've previously bought our currency via Travelex at the airport using the online site.

We haven't much available to spend whats the best way to spend while we're out there? Buy some cash b4 we go and then some credit card transactions in say supermarkets. Or convert sterling when we get to Cyprus?

I would convert Sterling to Cyprus when I got there and not spend on cc's. Hope this helps

I wondered about that simon, but if I did where would be a good place and then what would I do with left-over cash (can't afford to spend regardless )? Travelex do buy-back I think?

Thing is just to change a little at a time so you dont have loads left at the end of the holiday.
When we went to Paphos a few years ago we just exchanged it in the local bank and got a good exchange rate.
