Why would you use a 3rd party service when paypal offer a card of their own to withdraw your cash?

No its UK! I have one and it works fine!
you just go into the website and top-up from your paypal funds

Much quicker than the 5 days it takes to bank account!
  • PayPal have stopped offering their top up cards, but I have one and they are excellent. Payoneer on the other hand is a pain. I got one because it waas recommended on a freelancer site I work on, so I thought it would be better to use than PayPal. No it isn't. The charges are incredible. I ran it down to just over $9 dollars, went to use it for a purchase costing $8 and it was declined. Just for using it I was being charged a $1 and that stands. They also charge $3 a month and between $2 and $5 to top it up. Stick to PayPal.

If you are happy with those charges, there is another problem. They do not have a chip on them so finding a shop in the UK or Europe that have a swipe facility these days is difficult. So you have to get your money in cash, and guess what, they charge for that.
  • Another problem with Payoneer

I just went to sign with iTunes to get rid of the little bit of cash. They would not accept the card as it is not a valid UK issued mastercard
