Help with BR forms

Hello

I have decided after much to-ing and fro-ing to go for BR. I am trying to fill in the forms, and have a few questions

what is meant by arrangements? i offered my creditors reduced amounts of payments sometime last year, do i put this date?

this is what i have put for my reason for BR is it ok?
I attended university in 2003, for one year, which is where my debts began. I then gave up the course to start a degree in midwifery, which meant more debts were accrued. I later decided this was not the right career path for myself and left the course.
In the meantime, my partner and i moved out of my parents home and set up home ourselves. I had temporary work and we found this caused irregularities in pay, as well as moving costs, meant an increased amount of debts.
I then had my daughter in 2008 and took 6 months off for maternity leave. During my maternity leave and since then we have been using credit cards to pay for essential living.
In july 2009 my partner and i realised we were overspending by several hundred pounds each month. At this point i wrote to my creditors making them offers of reduced payments, most of which accepted. In January 2010, we also realised that the cost of childcare and petrol to and from my place of work, were amounting to more than my wages, so i gave up work, which meant we would be slightly better off each month, and that i could finally be the stay at home mum i have always wanted. Soon after this we realised that our outgoings were still more than our incomings, despite our actions to change this. I got some advice from CCCS and offered my creditors £1 each month, some of which have accepted.
However, the advice i have been given implies that bankruptcy is the best option for my family’s and my own future.
- that ok?

also long question about my car! at the moment it is registered in my name, but i have a hp agreement. so technically its not my car until i have fully repaid. so do i list it as an asset or not?
also the IS have advised that as my partner pays for the car out of her own wages i maybe able to keep the car, do i need to write this down on the form somewhere? we would like to keep the car if possible.

also re SOA/incomings, etc. i receive child benefit, carers allowance and then me and my partner have joint tax credits and housing benefit. so how much should i put down for my own income? also do i need to write my own SOA i.e. my total income is X and i dont pay the rent or bills, just for food or whatever. or do i need to put down my partners incoming, all bills, expenses and debts?

thanks for your help!!!

    Hello

what is meant by arrangements? i offered my creditors reduced amounts of payments sometime last year, do i put this date? i think this means more formal agreements such as dmp or iva, but not 100% someone will confirm

this is what i have put for my reason for BR is it ok?

    - that ok? sounds fine, its chronological and clear. i included when i took out more credit eg in 2000 i took out a new credit card with x balance because of xx

also long question about my car! at the moment it is registered in my name, but i have a hp agreement. so technically its not my car until i have fully repaid. so do i list it as an asset or not? not sure sorry
also the IS have advised that as my partner pays for the car out of her own wages i maybe able to keep the car, do i need to write this down on the form somewhere? we would like to keep the car if possible. you could put it in the additional info bit at the end, or just mention it when you have your interview, you will go through everything then

also re SOA/incomings, etc. i receive child benefit, carers allowance and then me and my partner have joint tax credits and housing benefit. so how much should i put down for my own income? also do i need to write my own SOA i.e. my total income is X and i dont pay the rent or bills, just for food or whatever. or do i need to put down my partners incoming, all bills, expenses and debts?
when doing soa put in all your benefits and income, and your partners contribution to the household (not full income), and include all household bills (not partners personal bills)
    thanks for your help!!!

I asked on here recently about the question about arrangements and was told it ment a IVA. I had a dmp and was told on here that the question refered to IVAs but I have not yet been to court so cant say for sure.

Hopefully some one with more knowledge will be along to answer it for you soon. I am also interested in replys. I was told dmps are not classed the same as IVAS
