Company closure - advice / help

Hi all

Not posted on here for ages but am still an avid viewer :)

My wife and I started a company to run in our spare time. The company is a limited company, with me as Director and my wife as Secretary. The business has dried up and there is nothing coming in to the account. We haven't borrowed any money from anyone, and are owed some money from the business.

There are a couple of customers we will need to inform so that they can find alternatives.

The only supplier we have who has any contract with us is Vodafone.

That;'s the situation! Here's the questions :

1) I'm about to google it but can anyone suggest the best way to wrap up this business?

2) What would happen to the contact with Vodafone? The contact is with the company but if the company is no longer trading do I take on the account?

Thanks for any help
