can anyone help with form 6.27 , the example thats on fermi,s link is slightly differant ..... 1.[f] is this your address ? and then on 4. what do you cross off if its just yourself going br 4[ii] is the most confusing do you cross out both ?
ever hopeful someones around still tonight .... i,m on the redbull now trying to get this done ,children still off school tomorrow and court date is tuesday ......help .

I just put down my town and county and nothing was said. On no. 4 I left it blank, hope this helps.
