hopefully also the last, but probably not, judging by this letter for unpaid council tax sat on my desk...

Tomorrow's hearing is me taking to court the MD of hampshire and dorset weddings who doesn't pay his photographers.

Any advice on what I should expect would be so useful, as I know NOTHING about how anything works; I just know the time and place I apparently need to be. I'll write up my arguments against him and I guess be representing myself?

Also any thoughts on the council tax would be great. I have less than a tenner of remaining available overdraft, so it's lucky I've got a lot of beans in the cupboard..
I jest, but seriously, I've got no idea what to do when this skint. I don't spend money on anything hardly, just struggling to earn any just now, for a number of short term reasons.
I guess this will be bad on my credit rating? and I will have to go ahead with this hearing? (they're also adding £23 and £45 to the £442..)

sigh.

thanks.
