10 months into IPA new one issued for 36 months is this correct

Hi,
I am in month 10 of an IPA, I asked for a review due to changes in circumstances. It has come back for a lesser amount but for 36 months from July 10 is this right?
I thought an IPA only lasted 36 months from the start even if it was varied or suspended.
any advice would be appreciated.

yep obvious mistake 36 months is the standard setting, they probably just forgot to change it, give them a ringHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
