1. The winner must be aged 18 years or over.
2. The winner and travelling companion must have a valid passports and visas if necessary for the period of travel.
3. The prize is valid until 15th December 2010, which is the latest date of travel for the return flights.
4. The prize is two (2) return tickets from London Luton Airport to any destination and back to London Luton, up to the value of £250.
5. Flights are subject to availability.
6. Transfers and travel insurance are NOT included in the prize.
7. The prize is subject to limited availability and may not be available on all dates during this period, such as school or public holidays. The prize cannot be taken during July and August 2010.
8. Airport taxes and the carriage of one piece of hold baggage per person are included in the prize.
9. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, pre-allocated seats and the carriage of sports equipment).
10. Spending money, transfers to and from airports, travel insurance and hotel charges are the responsibility of the winner.
11. The prize may not be re-presented as a prize for any other prize draw or other similar event.
12. No cash alternative is available.
13. The competition closes on Friday 25th June 2010.
14. The prize draw will take place on Monday 28th June 2010.
15. The winner will be notified by Wednesday 30th June 2010.
