Hi guys,
I know this has been discussed before but I cant find the link. I am looking for recommendations for the best hire company to use with the cash plus card.
Many thanks,
Bman

I use enterprise, £200 deposit and they have some really good weekend rates0

Make sure you contact cashplus 1st though...they will go through a few things with you to add the car rental bits onWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0

I second the point about contacting them!
I once got caught out, I had booked a car through Avis at Glasgow airport, made sure I had enough money loaded to cover deposits etc and was very embarrassed when 'computer said no'.
I couldn't work out what the problem was so called them and they told me they had to 'switch on' the car hire facility. (It's not done automatically).
Avis then said that they had a memo to say that they wouldn't accept prepaid cards, but after a bit of pleading they accepted it!0 -
They have recently changes the way the card works though, they now insist on you contacting them as I suggested...they will then go through a form with you & look at your past history with them before they switch on the hire bits & bobsWe all die. Most wont accept an electron TBH....its all down to being unable to see if you have funds available in the account at the time...We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
A bit strange in this day and age where some businesses still don't have the facilities to check if you have available funds there and then. They'd probably get far more custom.BR 4/10/07
