Anyone know where I could get a money travel card for a 17 year-old? Most places the age is 18 and I can't seem to find anywhere that does an under 18s one.

Thomas Cook you take card 1 out in your name, then put card 2 in your sons name he has his own card but you do have to top it up with card number 1.
