Hey,

I've been a lurker for a good while now but have decided to register to get some invaluable advice.

I got a parking ticket today at a 'Goods Loading Only' area, Mon - Sat 8.35am - 5.30pm

However this was on a bank holiday Monday when i got the ticket.

Am i still in the wrong? as i generally thought parking on Bank holidays would be fine in areas like this as i know the public car parks are.

Just thought i'd check!

Was in Scotland, don't know if the laws are slightly different down south or not.

Thanks
