Travel Ins, I'm confused- anyone help?

My partner and I are going on holiday with my parents later this year - Med cruise.
Mum had heart attack about 6 yrs ago been fine eversince.
Trying to find ins cover that will cover me if I had to cancel if one of my parents is ill, eg. another heart attack.
All I seem to be able to find is the companies that won't pay out if this occurred because it is a pre-existing condition, ie heart disease
Any advice gratefully received!!
