does anyone have a number for someone at easy jet who might answer the phone this time re: the below please.still note case turned up

hi not sure if anyone can help but whatever worth a try.
my sons case was left in amsterdam with easyjet on monday they said the bag had not been put on the plane but would arrive on the next plane 4 hours later and they would send on. tonight still no news we keep ringing the no they gave us but it is an answer machine. any help would be really appriciated.
