Help me decide present for OH

It's our 5th anniversary next week and I have a sneaky feeling we might be getting engaged in the next 7 weeks :j
I'd love to get OH something and have been sneakily saving! I'm stuck between a Rally Driving experince, a Tank driving experience or snowboardsing lessons.
The rally driving has weight and height restrictions so it's hard to find any that he can do, so the other option was tank driving! OR 3 hours of snowboarding lessons - he mentioned last week about going away with our neighbour and a few mates, they've all been before but OH hasn't!
which do you think I should get?
