Help for people over 60 with new oil boiler

As of this August, anyone over 60 that owns or privately rents their home can get a grant of £300 for a new oil fired central heating system. This is available to people that are ineligible for the normal Warm Front grants - ie. not on any kind of govenment support. The existing boiler has to be inoperable.
It is available all over the country (I have provided the below link from the wellingborough council site - the first one I came across.)
