It tells you straight away if you have won or not and I think you can do multiple entries. But my guess is that if you havn't got a promotional code the chances of winning are quite slim anyway.

YOu must have pop-ups blocked. Either unblock them (don't ask me how) or hold down the control key when you click the box, and a new window should pop-up.
