One (1) winner will be awarded with a trip to New York for 2 people including a 3 night stay in New York at a 3* accommodation. The winners will be picked up from New York airport and taken to their hotel for their 3 night stay where they will be provided with tickets to see Lady Gaga concert on the 6th July 2010 at Madison Square Gardens in New York.

In order to redeem the Prize, winner and travel companion must be able to travel to NYC to be able to attend the Lady Gaga concert on the 6[/FONT][FONT=Arial, sans-serif]th[/FONT][FONT=Arial, sans-serif] of July 2010. Winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and must be available to travel from an airport in London required by the relevant airline. The prize includes travel to and from the NYC airport. Flight details are subject to space availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions. Promoter reserves the right to require the travellers to fly in economy class or equivalent, on certain days of the week, and/or at certain times of the day or night. Travel must be reserved in advance of departure. Hotel room will be at Promoter’s choice of hotel. The trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Any passport, visa, and/or picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the Winner’s and Travel Companion’s responsibility. Winner and their travel guests must secure their own traveller’s insurance. Promoter is not responsible for lost or mutilated travel certificates and none will be replaced. Certain additional restrictions may apply. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. All other expenses not specified herein (including, without limitation, taxes, meals, beverages, ground transportation other than that mentioned herein, hotel incidentals, service charges and gratuities) are the sole responsibility of the Winner. In the event any of the included events do not take place as scheduled, Promoter’s sole responsibility will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution or compensation will be provided for unawarded portion of prize. The winner(s) will be sent a notice to the email address provided by the Participant when they submitted their details to the Site.
After receiving a winning notification, Participants must confirm their address within one week after being contacted by Promoter.
If the winner(s) fails to contact the Promoter within the one week time period after Promoter sends the notification, the winner shall forfeit the Prize. In this event, Promoter shall select at random another winner from the remaining entries, or dispose of the Prize in any way it deems fit.
