Hi,
First my debt started with MBNA which was taken over by DLC. I have got an agreed minimum amount with them. I had a letter from these on the 12th April saying they have been instructed by Hillesden Securities Ltd to contact me about my unpaid debt. Basically saying for me to call them.
Then another on the 6th of May saying i have chosen to ignore there recent letter. I got an email on he 6th of May asking to call them and then another today saying i ignored the first email.
All post is getting sent to my old address. Is this anything to worry about?, Shall i respond with a letter or see what happens?
The first leter says they will profile my account to pass onto doorstep specialists. I have has that threat many times and nothing ever happens.
