**Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Entrants must be aged 18, or over and be Bhs Master cardholders.
2. Entries must be made between 2 May 2010 and 17.00 GMT on 23 June 2010 (the "closing date") at ramada.co.uk/bhs.
3. The winner will be drawn at random from the valid entries received by us before 17.00 GMT of the closing date. The draw will take place on 30th June 2010 and the winner will be notified by e-mail. The e-mail will include details on how the prize can be claimed.
4. The winner must respond to the email within 14 days or else a new winner will be drawn. Up to a maximum of 5 draws will take place.
5. By entering this prize draw entrants agree to be contacted with upcoming news, events and offers by Ramada International, Inc.
6. No purchase is necessary.
7. There will be one winner and one prize. The prize consists of two consecutive nights at participating Ramada hotels, for two people sharing a standard twin or double room; including dinner on the first night and breakfast on both mornings. Dinner is based on the Table d'Hote or set menu. Drinks are not included. All meals should be taken at facilities operated by the hotel unless expressly stated. No cash or credit alternative is offered.
8. The prize must be taken by 31 October 2010 and is subject to availability at the chosen Ramada hotel for the specific chosen dates. A full list of participating Ramada hotels can be found at ramada.co.uk/bhs.
9. The prize is non-changeable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
10. No spending money will be provided and transport is not included. Additional expenses or charges not covered by the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
11. No employee or their families at Bhs or MasterCard, their agencies, or anyone professionally associated with either company may enter the draw.
12. Ramada International, Inc. does not accept any responsibility for any accident, loss or damage to the prize winner or his property as a result of accepting the prize.
