After having no luck with argos http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=245019 I've tried PC World and Currys (an possibly another store) to try and find somewhere that still has some stock of this item, as they are replacing the model with the 8gb version there doesn't seem to be any around.

Don't really want the 8gb version but would be greatful if anyone had any ideas to pick one up for the going rate of £100 or less.

Are they any good? I was tempted but heard the Sony software was a pile of old pants (like iPod software tbh lol).

I heard off loads of people the Sony software sucks. I'm off to Heathrow in the early hours of Friday so I might see what I can pick up tax free there.

It's for store collection only though, and none in the vicinity have any stock.

Want something that is about 5/6gb for about this price, and although some people have had bother with the software I've read some good reports as well.

Previously had a zen micro but the headphone connection packed in twice on that, pity as it was a nice piece of kit.

Yeah , I'd read about the other software that you can use.

Will try to ring PC world today but as it is store collect only and there is no stock in the north east I can't see me getting one.

Might have to see wht the best price on the NWA1200 is, I think that's the 8gb model.
