Not sure of dates, but you might try either the Glasgow school of art or the University of glasgow. They both rent out their student accommodation during the summer months.
If you are going to the secc, both are very close. School of art is basically in the city, but the university opens up cairncross and kelvinhaugh which is literally 5 minutes from the venue. They are cheap too...less that 25 pouns i think!A woman is like a tea bag- you never know how strong she is until she gets in hot water. --Eleanor Roosevelt0 -
Another couple of places to try. I haven't stayed in any of the Glasgow Hotels or Guest Houses so don't know what they are like but hopefully you will be able to find something.

OP-
No matter what you do, DON'T stay in the Alexander Thomson hotel on Argyl St. Ity is central, and cheap - but for a reason. Allegedly it charges by the hour- if you get my drift

Try https://www.laterooms.com - a couple of hotels with availability at reasonable rates but not much left.0

Try: http://www.hotelsglasgow.co.uk/
There's a Novotel and Ibis in the City Centre which are very reasonable. You could also try The Kings Park Hotel which is near Hampden Stadium.
Hope you find somewhere to stay and have a great time at the concert. I saw Robbie the last time he was in Glasgow and he was absolutely fantastic.0
