Nationwide 4 Year Football Bond - This must be a joke

I can remember scotland being in the world cup, I think it was america? Its just down to numbers, england has more people and so better chances of being competetive worldwide.
We'd win it if the teams were combined, as it is the odds are so low that all these companies will have take out insurance against payout and it wont have cost them much. Clever marketing for not much cost
can you give exact details on laying england to lose when buying the tv. 10% sounds nice0 -
Absolutely pathetic, why do you think this would sell in Scotland??we are sick to death of all these adverts and promotiions supporting England. It is of no interest to us, you must be one of those english folk with a chip on their shoulder assuming the whole of scotand hates you, which is completely untrue
Just 99% of us then hope the English team get humped0 -

But I don't see anyone saying they will give something away for free if England lose.
Curry's are running a promotion as well (£10 off for each goal.) However, from http://www.bitterwallet.com/currys-pay-by-the-goal-during-world-cup-but-will-you-score/29199 :There are, of course, terms and conditions to make it trickier for Currys to part with the cash. The TV purchased has to cost at least £599 or more. Once bought, you must register your purchase online within three days – if you don’t, you can’t claim your cash back. After the tournament, you have to print off registration documents and post them within a fixed time frame too. It’s all feels like an unnecessary !!!!!! about (Currys has details of all the transactions and when they occurred), but there we are. Also, penalties and own-goals aren’t included.
Assuming you can be arsed, how much money are you likely to receive back from Currys? Football’s a funny old game, but England have been consistent in their mediocrity; in the past ten tournaments they’ve qualified for, England has reached the Quarter-finals six times. If you consider the history of the UEFA Championship, the record is far worse, with England reaching both the Semi-finals and Quarter-finals just once a piece.
[...]
The reality is you can jump all through the hoops to register and claim your cash, but you may not see a return of any more than £60 to £100, which doesn’t sound as impressive as the promotion initially sounds.Conjugating the verb 'to be":

Ohh - missed this. When can we expect videos of the English team humping? Followed by salacious items in The Fail and La[1] Miroir Dimanche?
Or is this just a Premiership Teams thang?
(Ok, bad taste, but still..)
[1] Whatever. Should be 'Le'.Conjugating the verb 'to be":

Not exactly. If you lay england to win you'll achieve around a 10-15% discount.
On the savings product you'll be able to guarantee a very small bonus.
