How do I add a link? They actually have a England one aswell signed by frank Lampard, Rio Ferdinand, John Terry, Jermaine Defoe, etc... But cant work out how to add the link to where it is

Both end the day england either win the world cup or get knocked out...., so hopefully 11th July

Hi, is this the correct website here? The only terms and conditions I see are tiny, right at the bottom -
