:beer: :beer: hi all, going to turkey in 3 weeks, marmaris resort for 2 weeks self catering, has anyone any tips never been there before, how much roughly is eating out trips, and how hot will it be in september??????
is 500quid eough for 2 people 2 weeks??????

    Hi we have just come back from Turkey and as a family of 4 spent 1200! But that was eating out every day twice and my children eat as adults so I'm sure you will be okay.
    But if ever I stray from the path I follow
    Take me down to the English Channel
    Throw me in where the water is shallow And then drag me on back to shore!

    Clothes on my back and some food to eat I can't ask for anything more

    Average meal with a couple of drinks is 20 -25 Lira.Beers between 3 and 5 Lira, spirits ,double it.
    On your budget,Id be skint after a week.
    Id say the only thing cheaper than Spain are excursions and beach activities.

    A good day out is an all inclusive boat trip. Can be done for a tenner but these boats are pretty crowded.
    A slightly smaller boat, "MEGA DIANA" has 64 sunbeds but they normally only book around 40/45 a day,slightly more expensive ie £13 but grubs better and you get unlimited TUBORG bottles, wine + spirits. Its berthed just down from "TANSAS supermarket" + "BURGER KING" (old town )or you can book it at NO LIMITS (DONATELLA TRAVEL) just down from George +Dragon pub + Apts corner of General Mustapha Ave
