Question re self employed completing IPOQ

Hello all the lovely people!!
My MIL is completing her IPOQ and is self employed. It asks who she mainly works for and their address.
She doesn't really want them to be contacted about her bankruptcy. Is this a possibility? Or is this just for the OR's information?
